The Warranty & Logistic Analyst supports the Warranty Claims Management for all North America customers and the Supply team with delivery data analysis.
The Warranty Analyst follows up on incoming customer delivery charges. Negotiation of warranty terms and conditions, liability agreements and Technical Factors by commodity. Identification of top offenders in warranty spend.
They will manage compliance of customer debit notes to agreed delivery agreements and drives appropriate actions.

General Responsibilities

Collect raw warranty claim data from various customer portals for analysis, identify warranty patterns or emerging issues early on.

• Review scorecards and customer warranty claims reports, lead recover/improvement actions as needed.

• Warranty and Logistical Charge backs verification.

• Review and approve claim data from customers, identifying irregularities and invalid claims to find opportunities to dispute or recover warranty cost.

• Build Warranty cases to negotiate with different customers.

• Create and update dynamic dashboards using Ubiquiti and Power BI to share warranty spends and top offenders to rest of internal organization and customers.

•  Conclude on logistic non-conformance, drive appropriate internal and external actions

• Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Leads in escalation meetings
• Work on standardization of the process and global alignment
• Work on developing escalation process based on reason codes
• Develop standardized reporting
• Support other back office projects
• Introduces new ideas and creative solutions to increase efficiency, and update current processes

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of Experience in the Automotive Industry.

Technical experience with warranty and quality data is a plus.

• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
