About the Role

Are you fascinated by how technology shapes our world — from biotech and medical devices to aerospace and advanced engineering? We’re looking for a curious, analytical mind to join our team and help bring clarity to innovation. In this role, you’ll work with our internal patent analysis tools to identify and rank patents that match specific technology topics. Your mission: turn complex patent data into meaningful insights that support innovation and help businesses make smarter decisions

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive “scopes” — short briefs from our business team describing specific technologies or products.

• Use our internal patent search tools to find relevant patents and rank them by relevance.

• Read and understand patent descriptions to identify what technology is protected and why it matters.

• Summarize key findings in clear, simple language to help others understand complex innovations.

• Collaborate with colleagues working across industries like biotechnology, medical, aerospace, and energy.

• Gain hands-on experience with patent data, innovation trends, and AI-driven technology insights.

Who You Are:

• You have an academic background in Science, Engineering, Technology, or similar.

• You enjoy research, data analysis, and problem-solving.

• You can read and interpret technical or scientific material with curiosity and accuracy.

• You’re comfortable working independently but enjoy collaborating in a diverse, international team.

• You have good English communication skills — enough to summarize complex ideas clearly.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Poland - Wroclaw zł85,500 - zł142,500. If performed in Warsaw Poland, the base pay range is zł94,100 - zł156,800.
