Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Material Supervisor is responsible to oversee material planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and cross‑functional communication in a fast‑paced food‑grade manufacturing environment. The role supervises team members and supports NPI activities, materials scheduling, analytics, and production flow.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensure timely ordering and availability of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Develop material schedules and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse.
• Create reports, trend charts, dashboards, Gantt charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Lead CFT communication, escalation, and daily service coordination with operations and warehouse.
• Support suppliers in tool purchases and follow‑up.
• Assist in maintaining production control systems and NPI material readiness.
• Manage a team material handlers and warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with food‑grade standards.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in as warehouse supervisor or a similar position.
• Basic English.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
• Strong Excel (pivots, charts), PowerPoint, and data‑analysis skills.
• Experience with Gantt charts, minutes, trend analysis, and materials KPIs.
• Excellent communication and escalation management.
• Leadership experience managing
• Availability to travel approx. 10% per year
