What You’ll Do:
Prepare, fit, and assemble pipe systems and complex turbine components using precision tools and techniques.
Perform high-quality welding using TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW processes in all positions—both on and off the gas turbine unit.
Work with high alloy materials, interpreting detailed drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.
Operate welding equipment, power tools, rigging devices, and precision measuring instruments.
Collaborate closely with your team to meet manufacturing targets and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Support production by taking on related tasks and cross-functional duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and manufacturing assessment
Willingness to work 3rd shift (11PM-7AM), overtime, and occasional weekends
Comfortable working in a tobacco-free environment and wearing all required PPE
Who You Are:
Graduate of an accredited welding program OR have 2+ years of industrial or commercial welding experience
Certified or able to certify in TIG (GTAW) and/or FCAW (Flux Core) welding through required testing
Skilled at fitting piping systems and working with high alloy metals
Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift
Tools & Materials You’ll Work With:
TIG and FCAW welding equipment and supplies
Pipe systems, fittings, and combustion components
Cranes, forklifts, grinders, and blending tools
Measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and custom fixtures
Fabricator A:
Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $37.336 - $38.599. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on March 2nd, 2026
