Responsibilities

Quality check at Agency office

  • Implement quality check (Call Agent/Customer, site visit) on regular basis

  • Follow up preventive actions of assigned locations with respective stakeholders

  • Cooperate with stakeholders, including Regional Head, sales force and internal division to enhance sales quality.

  • Perform regular and ad hoc onsite visit at Agency office for quality check cover areas. 

  • Delivery onsite visit report within required time frame. Proactive in proposed action to enhance sale quality. 

  • Review sale process/procedure of Sale force at assigned locations following sale procedure, standard and policies

  • Collaborate with Distribution Line 1A & respective department Head to identify actions to enhance sale quality.

  • Follow up with proposed action with respective stakeholders until it is implemented


Required Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.

  • Understanding of business culture and behavior.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Results oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
