To prepare the methodology for:

1. site investigation for condition survey of freshwater/saltwater mains and pressurised sewers using a systematic or risk based approach according to WSD practise.

2. input to specifications for the condition survey of watermains and sewers, and tender documentation

3. Liaison with the surveyor to address technical queries in relation to survey fieldworks

4. Based on returned survey data, formulate a rehab/replacement strategy based on WSD's prevailing approach.

5. Preparation of a preliminary design report.

6. Liaise with the client and the owners' representatives to resolve any comments, queries and get acceptance of the preliminary design report.
