Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure seamless deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex MXTest.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
