Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. This role requires 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and is based in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and maintain applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Design and implement software solutions based on business requirements - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality - Troubleshoot and debug application issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integrations - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices - Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with Apex programming language - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Communities - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs - Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management - Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management - Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and database concepts Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components - This position is based in Bengaluru - A 15 years full time education is required
