The Opportunity:

As the CACI SOCEUR Readiness Advisor, you will support SOCEUR by monitoring and updating SOCEUR readiness status via the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS). You will provide constant monitoring and updating of the Directorate and Division updates, status, and accomplishments to accurately portray a current SOCEUR status.   

Responsibilities:

  • Must be proficient with DRRS and JTIMS. 
  • Provide monthly status updates as part of the SOCOM Quarterly Readiness Brief.  
  • Gather and collate data, build readiness reports and presentations, and prepare leaders to present at the USSOCOM level. 
  • You will coordinate with USSOCOM readiness personnel 

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Prior experience with training, exercise or assessment methodology or management. 
  • Demonstrated experience and familiarity with DRRS and JTIMS 
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. 
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Tool Suite. 
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; possess the ability to organize and deliver verbal and written products that achieve an exceptionally high standard.  
  • Critical and conceptual thinking skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight or as a member of a team.  

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience substitutions. 
  • Minimum of 15 years of SOF experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience at the battalion level staff or higher.

  • This position is a temporary position for 90 days .

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
