For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Client Reporting Advisor role.


About the Team
Join our local team responsible for providing comprehensive financial reporting and compliance support for our firm’s key clients. Collaborating closely with global finance teams and business stakeholders, our team covers financial analysis, matter reconciliation, process improvement, and client engagement.


You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and delivering detailed client financial reports and analysis

  • Maintaining and improving the financial hygiene of client profiles

  • Coordinating matter reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy

  • Supporting revenue processes and participation in global initiatives

  • Analysing billing, expenses, and financial performance, offering recommendations

  • Acting as a point of contact for reporting requests from various teams

  • Supporting the continuous improvement of reporting systems and best practices
