Inside Sales Specialist, Principal

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Houston, TX team!

The Inside Sales Principal is an integral part of our Thermal Spray facility, handling escalated calls from the sales team, monitoring the workload, ensuring excellent customer service and being a liaison between customers and our facility.

Location: Houston, TX (Pearland)

Salary: $70,000 – 80,000

Your Challenge

• Responding to customer complaints and escalation in a timely manner
• Cultivating a culture of outstanding customer service
• Managing small team (3-5)
• Responsible for KPIs as per site standards

What You Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in an Inside Sales manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years’ in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
• Must have excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Self-motivated, high achiever, great telephone skills, ability to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals.
