Currently our Carole Park site is searching for a Project Coordinator – Supply Chain to join the team! The successful incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, prioritising and supporting Supply Chain activities and projects at site, whilst ensuring quality and regulatory compliance is adhered to.

Key duties of this role includes:

  • Coordinate project activities according to supply chain demands, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with production, packaging and quality schedules.
  • Track and manage project updates, prioritizing tasks based on inventory levels, procurement and production schedules, and distribution requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support supply chain issue resolution and assist in optimizing processes.
  • Track, update and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain activities and support the continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager to ensure successful project outcomes and achieve strategic project and site objectives.

To be considered for this role applicants should possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or similar (relevant experience in Project Management or Supply Chain will be taken into consideration in lieu of tertiary qualification).
  • Previous experience in Project Coordination, Supply Chain and/or similar desirable (essential in lieu of relevant tertiary qualification).
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines, often with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Knowledge in Trackwise and SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to follow and comply with company SOPs, GMP, Health and Safety requirements.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements is an advantage but not essential.
