WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lynx is looking for a Regional Sales to drive commercial growth in Brazil by leading sales of Fraud prevention and detection technology solutions, acquiring new clients, expanding strategic accounts and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the local market.

The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Brazil in line with regional objectives.
  • Identify, prospect and close opportunities with banks, fintechs, e-commerce platforms and othe fraud-exposed industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing).
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships (C-level, risk, fraud and technology leaders)
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs
  • Collaborate  with product, marketing and technical teams to deliver differentiated value proposisitions.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven work experience with at least 5 years in B2B consultative sales within technology, preferably in fraud, cybersecurity, payments or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, especially financial services and e-commerce.
  • Proven track record managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder negotiations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies in Business, Finance or Technology is a strong plus.
  • Ongoing professional development in Sales methodologies or fraud/cybersecurity certifications is an advantage.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Native Portuguese, fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Results driven, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Availability to travel across Brazil and occasionally within LATAM.
