WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As a Infrastructure Debt Advisory VP, you will lead and execute Structured Finance (Infrastructure and Transportation) transactions across Europe and LatAm.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across the different sectors in Europe and LatAm
• Financial modelling and technical analysis
• Manage the conversations with the different stakeholders (Sponsors, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies, Lawyers, etc.)
• Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation)
• Supervise and mentor team's junior members
• Marketing efforts within the relevant sectors

EXPERIENCE

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in top tier firms in Structured
• Finance, Financial Advisory (Debt Advisory or M&A), Investment department, Debt fund or similar.

EDUCATION

• Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar. Desirable MBA or Msc in Finance or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Commited hard worker
• Financial Modelling
• Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent); French / Italian / German is a plus
• Negotiation skills
• Project risk assesment and mitigation
