PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:


To actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation. Facilitate a seamless transition from salesperson to contract and finance document review and explanation. Ensuring a balance between the sales experience and document and quality assurance review process. Obtaining all required documentation and details in relation to completion of sale and credit underwriting requirements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • Effectively administer and openly support all Company and sales policies and guidelines

  • Deliver the required Customer Liaison targets for the Department

  • Represent the Company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner at all times

  • Provide appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the Customer Liaison team

  • Continually support and motivate staff to achieve performance goals

  • Manage the performance of Customer Liaison staff and take corrective action where required

  • Ensure that the Customer Liaison team participates in regular, productive Team meetings

  • Acknowledge the achievements of team member

  • Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct

  • Ensure all regulatory obligations under ACL and ASFL and the like are followed

  • Ensure all team members are up to date with all required training

  • Quality assurance of team members via formal Call monitoring and scoring and review of documents submitted for finance approval

  • Assessing finance affordability using the serviceability calculator and credit checking applicants

  • Evaluate unsuitability under NCCP

  • Contacting customers and or their designate to:

a. validates and collect evidence of income

b. clarifies information on their credit application

  • Processing rescinds and organizing refunds within company guidelines

  • All other reasonable duties as requested or required from time to time.

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace

  • Display Hospitality with HEART to all internal and external parties.

  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise.

  • Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • Prior work experience in similar role

  • Experience collecting customer information and proof of income

  • Previous experience in a telesales environment would be ideal

  • Excellent communication skills including phone manner, verbal, and written communication

  • Proven ability to communicate with customers internal or external in professional manner

  • Have strong of understanding finances

  • Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills

  • Effectively work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Team Leader

  • Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced

  • Sound ability in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems

  • Ability to work as a team player, be supportive of co-workers and be willing to contribute to a positive working environment
