Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and scalable system design.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices within cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
