Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Workday HCM Security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your typical day will involve coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues. You will also participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Join our team and contribute to the success of our software development projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain software applications using Workday HCM Security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure solutions. - Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues. - Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM. - Experience with Workday integrations and custom report development. - Understanding of Workday security roles and permissions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Workday Core HCM and Workday Security education is required.
