As the Director of Commercial Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth and success. You’ll craft and execute a strategic vision for our business in Japan, build strong partnerships, and work closely with teams to bring our goals to life. From overseeing day-to-day operations to hitting revenue targets, your leadership will make a lasting mark on our journey.

This role reports directly to our VP & GM of International, and you’ll be joining a global team that believes in collaboration, innovation, and making things happen. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

 

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
