How you will make contributions that matter

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead WHS outcomes at our Laverton site. This is a hands‑on, influential role partnering closely with site leadership to drive compliance, manage critical risks, and strengthen safety culture in a fast‑paced operational environment.

• Provide expert WHS advice and site leadership
• Lead incident investigations, audits and critical control verification
• Drive compliance with legislation, codes and internal HSMS
• Analyse safety data and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Support injury management and return‑to‑work
• Engage leaders and workers through coaching, site walks and forums

About you

• Diploma in WHS (or Cert IV with progress toward Diploma)
• 5+ years’ WHS experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing
•  Strong knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience leading audits, investigations and safety governance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive practical improvements
