Your contribution:

• Daily posting and processing of invoices.

• Month End Close activities (last day of the month)

• Following up on issues related to Accounts Payable area.

• Research and resolution of invoice booking discrepancies

• Aged items resolution on vendor subledger        

• Acting timely and accurately as a Business Partner on any requests from internal parties, while having exposure to other team’s processes as possible support.

• Providing support for internal and external auditors.

• Understanding consequences of processes in the scope.

• Ability to handle regular calls with business partners

• Working actively with available reports and Power BI

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• University degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting

• MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook)

• ERP experience is an advantage (SAP, iScala, Oracle),

• English on an upper intermediate level

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Communicative, Collaborative, Team player,

• Proactive attitude, flexibility

The starting salary is at min 1300 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
