The Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Project assistant will provide daily support to the supply chain team and director, while interfacing with suppliers to ensure business needs are met. 

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new suppliers in SAP system while responding to supplier invoice and payment inquiries as needed
  • Managing and recertify suppliers prior to expiration to ensure business continuity
  • Terms and Conditions, NDAs, Annual Certs and Reps
  • Creating expense reports while following up to ensure timely payments
  • Providing support and coordination for various business systems within the Supply Chain organization (SAP, Ariba)
  • Tracking KPI metrics and providing analysis on data as it relates to supplier status
  • Daily Supply Chain operational support includes data entry, scanning, copying, and scheduling
  • Working collaboratively and establishing a positive working relationship across the Supply Chain organization as well as other disciplines
  • Sharepoint Administration: Supplier Folder set up and maintenance
  • Expedite Open POs and SubK Deliveries
  • Create VMRR in SAP; monitor status/actions for SC team
  • Assist with Small Business Reporting working with the SBLO
  • Assist with Overhead Purchases as needed


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 5+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced support coordinator role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new technology, SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to speak up as appropriate and escalate issues as required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-disciplined, while maintaining the highest standard of compliance and quality
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility and assist others as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. ITC & Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires the incumbent to access export-controlled information. If you are not a U.S. Person, any offer is contingent upon the Company's ability to obtain a special license granting you access. This could take several months. You will not be able to begin employment until such license is obtained.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,900 - $100,000
