【A Day In The Life】

AppLovin is seeking a young and talented Product Manager to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and commercial teams to launch innovative features and products in the digital advertising space. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented problem-solver with strong technical skills and the ability to translate ideas into action.

【The Impact You’ll Make】

• Collaborate closely with engineers to design and develop UI components for advertising products.
• Deliver product features on time by incorporating industry knowledge, user feedback, data analysis, and project management skills to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
• Stay informed on the latest digital advertising technology trends and suggest new features, refinements, and iterations for the product.
• Document and communicate product features to key stakeholders, both internal and external.

【Who You Are】

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics) preferred.
• Relevant experience (including internships) in technical or product-centric roles with software products; basic knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities; adept at data-driven decision-making and holistic assessment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail; capable of scoping projects, estimating timelines, rallying teams/stakeholders, executing, and troubleshooting.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with speed; comfortable researching, building, and debugging solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across seniority levels, skill sets, and cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, commercial, legal).
• Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with UI/UX/Design tools (ie - Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, AdobeXD etc).
