Position Summary
Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with Company policies and procedures.   

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Orders drugs, solutions, and ancillary supplies from vendors to ensure preferred product compliance. Enters inventory data and purchase orders into purchasing system.

2. Coordinates and supervises delivery activities. Delivers products as needed.   3. Ensures compliance of policies and procedures for shipping, receiving, and delivery.  

4. Manages the service center inventory to maximize inventory turns while ensuring inventory levels are maintained to meet business requirements. Conducts periodic and annual inventories.  

5. Ensures proper rotation of inventory/maintenance of inventory levels. Monitors product expiration dates.  

6. Manages the service center assets to ensure patient availability.  

7. Communicates effectively with service centers to meet business requirements.  

8. Maintains files and records of all supply transactions, delivery activities, etc. Prepares reports and analysis as needed.  

9. Coordinates and follows-up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls, and damaged freight claims.

10. Administers pricing contracts from outside vendors. Sets up proper price matrices in computer.  

11. Oversees the Asset Management Program. Oversees that warehouse vehicles are clean, organized, and in appropriate condition.  

12. Maintains performance improvement retention and disposition logs.  

13. Performs account payable functions for drug and inventory goods.  

14. Hires, orients, and trains new employees.  

15. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of related experience

Knowledge of: • Microsoft business software  

Skill In:  • Verbal and written communication  • Strong detail orientation and time management  

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.  Experience in home healthcare billing, collections, or operations.  

Education

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
