Vice President of Contractual Office Print Solutions (Value Business)

Description -

As the Vice President of Contractual Office Print Solutions (Value Business), you will report to the Division President of Office Print Solutions (OPS) and lead the Print Contractual Business for OPS across all regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy, portfolio, and profitability of the Print Contractual business, covering Managed Print Services, Software and Services for document workflow solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate profitability of the Print Contractual business for OPS, growing revenue share by innovating with a winning portfolio of Devices, Software and Services to enable secure, efficient and effective Solutions for Document Workflow.
  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end process of the Print Contractual business, including strategic planning and implementation in markets.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Solutions group to develop a successful suite of Software and Services, along with the requisite Professional Services expertise.
  • Partner with the Workforce Solutions organization to support the execution of d/p MPS plans.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Organisation to restructure how we approach and manage the sales channels for the Print Contractual sector.
  • Define and establish a Long Term Plan (LTP) / Business Plan and Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives throughout the Go-To-Market strategy (price/distribution channel, marketing, product, sales).
  • Develop a comprehensive expansion strategy for each market segment.
  • Work with key channel partners to build business plans to fuel growth​
  • Ensure the channel experience is consistent and aligned with the E2E solution of components delivered tools and channel program conditions
  • Drive interlock processes with the Center of Excellence (CoE), including workforce planning, LTP and budgeting
  • Check-in and drive actions based on feedback from GTM, Category and key channel stakeholders​
  • Define new Contractual Channel VP offering and the required capabilities for delivery & selling (GTM)​
  • Transform the HP GTM approach capabilities (value/specialist approach)​

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant business leadership experience, ideally gained within the Print sector.
  • Proven experience in P&L management on top/bottom line​.
  • Experience in developing and designing growth and pricing strategies for systems and deals.
  • Contribute insights on the complete solution, including software, hardware, services, systems, and channel program while ensuring the capabilities for delivery and go-to-market strategies are robust.
  • Proven experience creating and executing plans for a large, diverse organization, including driving transformation.
  • Proven skills in leading a high-performing team, inspiring direct and indirect reports, as well as peers, and cultivating a collaborative culture while driving change and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience of setting strategic goals and metrics to deliver outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, aligning them to achieve common goals.
  • Previous experience of consulting and advising senior leadership team, and ability to build trust and rapport with leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and across different levels of responsibility.
  • Undergraduate/bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $250,000.00 -- $350,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
