Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating those needs into scalable and secure technical solutions, and ensuring high performance in the applications developed. You will engage with cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of architectural designs and provide guidance throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with both business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Create detailed software designs and implement the software designs into quality code
- Participate and contribute to the technical/functional analysis of the product, key features and process
- Create technical and functional documentation for reference and reporting
Manage all tasks and report progress based on agile principles.
- Automate and execute application testing and support the other testing activities
- Fixing and improving (maintaining) software
Support and/or create the automation necessary to build the continuous delivery pipeline
- Actively participate in estimation and planning activities

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Advanced (5+ years) programming experience in Java framework
- Soft skills – good communication & collaboration with stakeholders
Prior knowledge of microservice architecture & full stack development of microservices (front end, backend, database, setup, deployments)
- Testing experience
Able to translate functional knowledge to technical knowledge (analysis & front end/backend design)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
