Business Process Analyst – Process Center of Excellence
Role Overview:
Business Process Analyst is a strategic and operational partner responsible for shaping and optimizing GE HealthCare’s global business processes. This role sits at the intersection of process architecture, data-driven analysis, and digital transformation. By combining deep expertise in process design with strong analytical capabilities, the Analyst drives improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and value realization across the enterprise.
Working within the Process Center of Excellence, the Analyst collaborates with Global Process Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, and functional teams to ensure that business processes are well-documented, standardized, and aligned with organizational goals. The role also supports the deployment of process mining tools, automation initiatives, and change management efforts, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:
Design, document, and standardize end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0
Maintain the GE HealthCare process architecture framework, taxonomy, standards, and reference models
Conduct process assessments and analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Lead and support implementation of new processes, systems, and automation initiatives
Administer and configure process architecture tools (e.g., Celonis)
Ensure process documentation quality, compliance, and alignment with SC&S standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, AI/ML, Finance, and Data & Analytics
Monitor process performance, maturity, and data evolution; report actionable insights
Promote process culture, governance, and standardization across the organization
Organize and deliver BPM training sessions to build internal capabilities
Support change management and communication related to process initiatives
Lead or contribute to communities of practice to foster collaboration and innovation
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in business process management, process analysis, or transformation roles
Hands-on experience with BPM tools and process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis)
Familiarity with data models, IT systems, and enterprise architecture
Experience in Supply Chain & Services processes is highly desirable
Strong understanding of process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge:
BPM principles, methodologies, and tools
