Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an Microsoft Teams Voice SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems specifically in Teams Enterprise Voice.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements.
- Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Continuously improve and optimize the IT infrastructure to enhance performance and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and Microsoft Team Enterprise Voice.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Infrastructure Operations, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging and other M365 Components.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing IT Teams infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge of network architecture and protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Working as a Unified Communications L2/L3 resource, you will be responsible for supporting a growing number of services You will be working with key people to provide secure, reliable service that you would help design, implement and support Some of the key services that are important for your role are: Instant Communications over Microsoft Teams Voice Teams, Direct Routing, Contact Center integration, Enterprise Voice Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
