The Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Hillcrest Hospital is dedicated to delivering the highest quality, family-centered care to ill neonate and extremely low birth weight infants. This team provides 24-hour neonatology services, evidence-based nursing practice and advanced respiratory care, such as high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide.
As Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) on this team, you will offer unparalleled customer service to patients, families and visitors to enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience, no matter where you serve. Using your administrative and clerical skills, you will ensure the efficient operational flow, allowing your fellow caregivers to continue providing optimal medical support.
A caregiver in this position works rotating part-time shifts on Monday and Friday from 7:00 p.m. -- 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
