We’re LiveFlow - one of the fastest-growing fintech startups in the world. Backed by Y Combinator and $21M from top-tier investors including YC, YC Continuity, Valar, Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, and Bradley Horowitz (VP Product at Google), we’re building the next-generation platform that helps finance teams operate at their best.
We’re already trusted by thousands of companies worldwide and consistently maintain hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2. Our founding team previously helped scale Revolut - Europe’s fastest-growing fintech.
Now it’s your chance to join us at the ground floor.
If you’re fresh out of university (or graduated in the last couple of years) and want to kick-start your career in tech, this is the place.
At LiveFlow, you won’t just write code - you’ll be part of a fast-paced, global team building real systems used by thousands of companies around the world.
You’ll learn by doing, working alongside experienced engineers while gaining exposure to modern infrastructure, internal tooling, and real-world production systems.
• Be part of a rocketship fintech
• Learn directly from world-class engineers who’ve built products at scale
• Get exposure to a wide range of technologies and real engineering challenges
• Work on systems that support both our product and internal teams
• Shape our culture, product, and processes as we grow
• Work in a collaborative environment where curiosity and initiative are valued
You’ll be joining our Platform team, the foundation that keeps both engineering and the wider business moving forward.
The platform team builds the internal infrastructure, tools, and automation that allow our teams to operate efficiently and scale quickly. From supporting internal systems and developer tooling to powering data pipelines and integrations, the platform team ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The team also supports initiatives such as our Growth Marketing Engine, Pulse platform, internal tooling, and data platform - helping enable experimentation, analytics, and product development across the company.
For a graduate engineer, this is an opportunity to gain exposure to how modern software systems operate in production while building the foundations of a strong engineering career.
As a Graduate Platform Engineer, you’ll work on projects such as:
• Building internal tools that improve productivity across engineering, product, and growth teams
• Supporting the infrastructure behind our Growth Marketing Engine and Pulse platform
• Contributing to data pipelines and integrations with external financial data providers
• Developing APIs and backend services that support internal systems
• Building internal AI tools that help teams automate workflows and move faster
• Improving automation and developer tooling used across the engineering team
• Helping ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with the infrastructure and systems that power a fast-growing fintech.
Backend: Elixir / Phoenix on AWS (via Terraform)
Frontend: Next.js with TypeScript
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with these technologies before - we value strong fundamentals and curiosity over specific tools.
If you’ve worked with languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or Rust, you’ll be able to pick things up quickly.
• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in coding and solving technical problems
• Curiosity about how software systems work behind the scenes
• Experience with programming through university projects, internships, or personal projects
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Team spirit, creativity, and ambition to grow as an engineer
You don’t need extensive industry experience - we’re looking for smart, curious engineers who want to learn fast and build meaningful systems.
• Competitive salary
• Equity in one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech companies
• Health insurance & pension plan
• Unlimited paid vacation
• Monthly budget for books, courses, and conferences
• MacBook and all the tech you need
• Loom Video Submission
• Screening Call
• Scenario Interview
• Culture Interview
• Final Interview
