Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability of transformer products.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.

• You will engage in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.

• You will provide punctual technical support to factories, salespeople and customers and lad project execution.

Your background:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electric Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Relevant experiences as a technical engineer or similar role in the past.

• Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills, good project management skills and customer focused.

• Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, SOLIDWORKS and FEA knowledge, electromagnetism/thermal simulation ( ANSYS, etc).

• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical aspects of design, product life cycle methods (i.e. specification, design, implementation, qualification).

• Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products, demonstrated engineering skills in methodical design and test and ability of completing technical documentation.

• Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented, creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach and demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and process problems.

• Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments and willingness to travel.

• Fluent in English language (both speaking and writing).
