Job Description
General Objective:
Responsible for the general accounting functions like monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the responsibilities of the accounting department, included in the control and information reports of a company plant. Implements operating procedures in the area, in accordance with internal policies / provisions. Provides support to business leaders through strategic analysis and reporting. Business partner to location leadership. Participates in companywide initiatives and projects
Responsabilities:
- Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
- Maintains accounting system.
- Reviews financial reports.
- Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Assists management to make financial decisions.
- Provides technical guidance to Employees, Colleagues and Executives.
- Investigates means to improve profitability.
- Reviews and processes payments of the company.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- Able to collaborate with teams effectively and respectfully. Acts as team player and facilitator among teams.
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
Experience:
- Minimum 2 +yrs of experience leading teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish – English +90%).
- Experience in SAT online system.
- General accounting and finance knowledge.
Academic requierements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or similar
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in SAP Finance.
- Contpaq.
- Extensive knowledge in Excell.
- Blackline
- Microsoft Office.
- TRESS.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Knowledge of the whole organization and interaction of each department planning ability (Medium and Long Term).
