What you will do:

• Execute on the product vision: Work closely with senior product leaders to deliver against the product vision and strategy for KICK.
• Detailed product execution: Define and write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure smooth product development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of features and improvements.
• User experience optimization: Work with the design and UX teams to ensure the product is intuitive and provides a seamless experience for streamers and viewers alike.
• Data-informed decisions: Use analytics and user feedback to assess feature performance, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize product iterations.
• Monitor product development: Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met, blockers are addressed, and timelines are followed.
• Go-to-market support: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the successful release and communication of new features to the KICK community.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and how to turn them into actionable product requirements.
• Experience managing the product development lifecycle from feature specification to launch.
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and delivering features that meet user and business needs.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools to evaluate product performance and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm for live streaming, gaming, and digital entertainment.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience in live streaming, entertainment, or video-on-demand platforms.
• Familiarity with web, mobile or TV app development.
• Knowledge of product management tools like Figma, Jira, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
