What will you be doing?

  • Designing and implementing functionalities in the Salesforce system

  • Ensuring the quality, consistency, and completeness of solutions

  • Collaborating with the testing team during solution implementation

  • Supporting the maintenance team in resolving issues

  • Participating in projects carried out by Aviva and being responsible for deployments, depending on business needs

  • Communicating with product managers, implementation specialists, clients and other developers to determine business, functional requirement

  • Proposing and implementing changes, cooperating with architects

  • Peer review and mentoring less experienced team members 

What we’re looking for?

Must have:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including more senior tasks

  • Extensive experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform and other relevant products

  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building

  • Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and other integration tools

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, sharing and visibility, ensuring data quality and integrity

  • Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of Salesforce security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with industry regulations

  • Strong technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, with a focus on performance optimization and improving system responsiveness and user experience

  • Effective communicator skilled at translating technical concepts for stakeholders, collaborating across teams, and mentoring other developers

  • Reliable and adaptable, consistently delivering on commitments while managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of Azure ADO

  • Keen on latest trends in technology such as AI and Machine Learning

  • Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud experience

  • Omnistudio
