Job Description Summary
Overview
As a member of the Asia Pacific Consumer Credit team within the Core Payments family, you will be supporting the Consumer Products & Processing team, assisting in the product readiness and ongoing management of new product offerings, including helping in the development of the product strategy and positioning, executing the new benefits to strengthen the product value, in line with the regional and divisional/country business strategies, as well as delivering end-to-end product management.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with market and business development team to develop and deliver enablement assets such as product decks, value frameworks, competitive insights, and sales playbooks
• Manage initiatives to enhance product propositions to ensure Mastercard products remain competitive and compelling, including analyzing revenue opportunities, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to address challenges within the product suite
• Engage regional and in‑market stakeholders to identify market opportunities, drive operational efficiencies, and address pain points through structured stakeholder feedback
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform and support go‑to‑market strategies
• Track program launches and issuer benefit communications to support a robust, efficient, and well‑managed sales pipeline
• Ensure issuer product propositions align with platform constructs and manage the end‑to‑end process of activating benefits with issuers for successful market launch
• Deliver training on new product developments to the Product Management team, ensuring timely dissemination of information to strengthen sales enablement
• Provide support and guidance on product decisions to ensure ongoing adherence to Mastercard franchise rules and standards
• Analyze market specific product performance metrics through data analytics and make recommendations for driving product strategy
• Identify and prioritize portfolio optimization opportunities, management of pipeline and progress

• Proven experience in product management or program management
• Good understanding of payments industry and ecosystem preferred
• Demonstrable understanding of financial concepts including product pricing and business case development
• Be comfortable with technical concepts, able to articulate the product details with customers and internal teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse markets and cultures
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and deliver growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to pay attention to details
• Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, maintaining momentum and delivery discipline
