Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced AUTOSAR Lead to architect and lead the development of AUTOSAR-based embedded platforms for automotive ECUs. The ideal candidate will drive software architecture, integration, and validation of Classic AUTOSAR stacks, ensuring compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: •Lead the design and development of AUTOSAR-based software platforms for automotive ECUs. •Define software architecture, configuration, and integration strategies for Classic AUTOSAR. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BSW modules, RTE, MCAL, and application layers. •Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (functional safety), ASPICE, and ISO 21434 (cybersecurity). •Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, tool vendors, and OEMs to align platform requirements. •Drive configuration and integration using tools like DaVinci Developer, EB Tresos, or Vector. •Oversee software validation, unit testing, and system-level testing. •Mentor and guide embedded software engineers across multiple vehicle programs. •Own the AUTOSAR roadmap and contribute to platform strategy and reusability. •Conduct testing and debugging of functionalities to ensure functionality and quality. •Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. •Work closely with cross-functional teams across globe Professional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: •Overall, 12+ years of experience in Embedded Software platforms, ECUs, AUTOSAR development. •Strong experience in AUTOSAR Classic platform development. •Proficiency in embedded C/C++, configuration tools, and ECU software architecture. •Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay). •Experience with MCAL integration, RTE generation, and BSW stack customization. •Expertise in developing Complex Device drivers (CDDs) •Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards. •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. •Good problem-solving and analytical skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
