As a Senior Account Manager at Blacklane in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on strategic growth and long-term client success. You will develop customised solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging your strong analytical skills and experience in strategic account management.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing client relationships across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining strong client partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will monitor client performance, market trends, and account metrics to achieve revenue and retention targets.
