About the Sales Enablement Team
The sales enablement team works closely with the Securities Services Sales, Client Executives and Account Managers. We provide expertise in Sales Proposals (RFPs) and DDQ management and delivery – including executive summaries, proposal documents, pitches and aligned reporting. The team also works alongside the dedicated content team on the development and organic growth of our content library. Our goal is to consistently add value across the sales life cycle, deploying skill sets in the most appropriate way to support revenue generation and business growth.

If you can write well in English, have a understanding of Securities Services, can manage projects and people, are detailed orientated and have a perfectionist streak– this might be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
You will be the senior lead in the APAC region, leading a team who will be accountable for the development of RFPs/DDQs/Pitches/Exec Summaries. As an VP you will be expected to manage complex, strategic questionnaires yourself, in addition to providing guidance and escalation to the rest of the local team. As the regional lead you will also be expected to promote best practices, train junior members of the team as well as look for ways to improve efficiencies. You will be expected to build relationship with stakeholders across APAC as well as working as part of the wider global team.
You will be expected to leverage team resource where appropriate and manage business contributors/subject matter experts to tight timelines and high standards. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with strategic team based projects that are aligned to overall team goals. These projects centre on best practice developments and continual quality improvements across our work.
