What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Training Coordinator to facilitate communication with diverse audiences, worldwide, to provide information and clarification regarding upcoming training programs . The Training Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support services for All Spark SAaaS training events and initiatives.

More About this Role:

  • Planning, Organizing and coordinating on-line and in-person training

  • Manage training schedules

  • Coordinating advertisements for when training will be held and what will be included in the training

  • Assist with producing training materials and, as needed, surveys

  • Assisting in producing draft training content (audio recording, video, PowerPoint) with Training Lead

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery

  • Load, review and test modules/curriculum in pilot, test and production environments

  • Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the EcoSystem

  • Manage communications, customer expectations

You’ll Bring These Qualifications: 

  • An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

  • At Least 3 years’ experience working in in an ITSM environment

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and Catalog capabilities

  • Experience engaging participants, and promoting a positive learning environment

  • Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.

  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience writing detailed and simple user guides and manuals

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:  

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training materials, including self-help computer-based training (CBT) and video tutorials

  • Experience demonstrating in a hands-on or lecture presentation setting

  • May have practical knowledge of project management.

  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology

  • ITIL V4 Certified

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
