BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a Material Coordinator for our Luxembourg Technical Center. The Material Coordinator will be responsible for Warehouse, Shipping/Pickup, Kitting, Inventory and Parts consumption.

• Receive, label, and store all incoming materials in the prototype inventory system, assigning appropriate inventory locations.

• Manage materials electronically using SAP and BW internal systems.

• Generate inventory control reports, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and kit components required for prototype builds.

• Handle shipping and pick-up of components.

• Track raw material and finished product consumption.

• Identify and locate required materials/components during delivery and kitting processes.

• Communicate part shortages and discrepancies to Material Planners.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock and inventory levels.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues such as missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.

• Control and manage quarantined materials in accordance with quality procedures.

• Support scrap management in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.

• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries with support from the Quality Engineer.

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Maintain warehouse stock value within target thresholds.

• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines when handling sensitive materials.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, material flow efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
