Role Summary:

Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure for data generation, storage, and retrieval. Also managing a team of data scientists, planning and executing data projects, and developing analytical models

Roles and Responsibility:

• Manage a team of data engineers

• Plan and prioritize data/Application development projects to align with business goals.

• Data Pipeline Development: Create and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.

• Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize databases for storing large volumes of data.

• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources and ensure its quality and consistency.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the performance of data systems.

• Collaboration: Lead analysts to support their data needs

Role Specific Competencies:

• 5 to 8 years of experience

• Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure for data generation, storage, and retrieval

• Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis.

• Proficiency in .NET and programming languages such as Python.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Excellent data management and visualization skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights.

• Business acumen to align data projects with organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with expertise in AWS SageMaker (required skill)

• Exposure to sales, marketing & supply chain setup.

• Good to have manufacturing exposure.
