The Analyst, Job Evaluation will be performing job evaluations across Qantas Group Enterprise Agreements and remuneration frameworks. Specifically, the role works closely with business partners and supports the Senior Analysts to conduct job evaluations in a timely and compliant manner.
As Analyst, Job Evaluation, you will have a responsibility for coaching the broader People community and business leaders in compliance with best practice processes and frameworks for job evaluation. You will also maintain administrative and process controls throughout the job evaluation process.
You’ll have:
Experience working in a HR related role
Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline preferred but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex information and ideas into clear messages
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong attention to detail
An adaptable approach and the ability to manage effectively under pressure, with a positive outlook and resilience
An understanding of Hay Point methodology and the Qantas remuneration and Enterprise Agreement framework is desirable but not essential
