What you’ll do

• Creates and leads original designs from concepts, able to direct those efforts in others through completion
• Leads and sets standards with multiple approaches in multivariate/optimization efforts and generates original visual directions for non-page based media
• Master of layout, typography, illustration, photography, and sets standards for new creative arenas as they emerge demonstrated expertise with design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Understands the strategic business intent of specific projects and audience/customer goals.
• Work with Associate Creative Director(s) and Creative Director(s) to ensure maximum effectiveness of various concepts.
• Team player willing to do whatever it takes to make the work better
• Able to support pitches and sales efforts

 

Who you are 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as professional Senior Art Director in multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio, with extremely strong design portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of design software such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Ability to not only direct creative teams but physically generate amazing work.
• Proven ability to communicate creative solutions with confidence, ease and clarity.
• Strong understanding of information design and the topology of information for the web.
• Full understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design and professional understanding of typography in both print and screen media
