The Singapore Services Delivery Practice is tasked with delivering value across key market segments, with a primary focus on the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial industries. The practice is dedicated to industry-specific customers and is responsible for implementing high-quality solutions and providing professional services through a combination of broad expertise on the Core platform and Industry Clouds together with a deep knowledge of the local market and industry landscape.
As the RVP, Services Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial industry-aligned teams, overseeing a group of senior practitioners tasked with delivering and assuring high-quality, industry-specific solutions to our most complex and ambitious customers and agencies across our entire portfolio of Implementation Services offerings. You will lead a high-performing organization of Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and Industry SMEs.
As a senior leader for the Singapore Public Sector and Commercial markets, you will be responsible for developing your team’s domain expertise in government digital transformation and commercial excellence. You and your team will work with extended Salesforce teams to ensure we architect and deliver the highest quality solutions in all stages of the Services lifecycle. You will also own senior-level oversight for high-stakes engagements and support our Professional Services teams on the most complex strategic accounts.
You will act as a thought leader and team leader, delivering best practice industry domain skills, driving ongoing learning, and creating baseline industry enablement to support our broader consulting ecosystem in delivering exceptional value to our Singapore-based customers.
This role reports to the Vice President, General Manager ASEAN Services.
