This mid-level role focuses on building intelligent applications and services, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions, and supporting enterprise content and collaboration systems. The ideal candidate combines strong development skills with hands-on experience in Python, Microsoft .NET/.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft AI technologies.

Essential duties include the following:

• Design and develop scalable solutions using a variety of solutions, including custom Python, Microsoft .NET, or front-end web technologies.
• Build and deploy custom AI agents within M365 using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Graph APIs.
• Develop automation scripts to support AI workflows, data processing, and integration tasks.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsive and accessible user interfaces across enterprise platforms.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Maintain and enhance existing ECM platforms such as SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, and Evoq/DNN.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI agents, integrations, and platform performance.
• Stay current with Microsoft M365, AI technologies, and enterprise software development best practices.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application development, preferably within a Microsoft environment or 3 years and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, data handling, and AI model integration.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with M365 development tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Teams SDK.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Graph.
• Familiarity with ECM platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Evoq/DNN.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and token-based authentication.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models using Azure OpenAI.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in M365.
