Role and Responsibilities
Overall manage 1SB2B Marketing and Lead the entire marketing activities to ensure consistent message in all channels and help department in direction setting:
- Marketing communication strategy: develop product, solution and vertical communication strategy based the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.
- Integrated marketing program management: provide the directions such as content management, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (product launch, customer communication materials, events, digital marketing, etc.) can be carried out with and a consistent tone and manner.
- Marketing budget, KPI, performance management (lead generation, awareness, sales engagement)
- Media strategy: coordinate with Corporate Marketing in generating PR strategy and activities (Case studies, Press release, PR articles, etc)
- Partnership marketing: sales-driven coop marketing activities together with partner for demand generation
- Co-work with other team members to drive the best business results
- Lead, integrate & build compelling report & analysis to management team with accurate, actionable learning & recommendation
- Engage, manage & build strong relationship with key partners inside and outside company
- Perform tasks based on management direction
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies
- Interpersonal, team spirit & ability to work under high pressure
- Negotiation, presentation & account management skill
- Analytical and high adaptability skills
- Customer centric marketing
- B2B/B2C Marketing Experience
