Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, while also participating in testing and validation processes to confirm that the applications meet the defined requirements. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations through innovative application solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Engage in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet business needs. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in application design best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integration tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Preferred to have workday related Certification for the Primary skill.
