This position can be located at our Miami or Dallas location.

The primary function of the Analyst, Business Internal Controls is to execute basic controls testing and other fundamental activities as part of Internal Controls processes. The Internal Controls Analyst must perform testing in a timely manner, ensuring all quality standards are met, and courteous and professional behavior is observed in all situations.

  • Exercises independent judgment in identifying issues and assessing risk and presents the results to the relevant Internal Controls team member.

  • Executes control design assessments and operating effectiveness testing as part of Internal Controls reviews and activities.

  • Oversees post-Internal Controls follow-up tasks to appraise adequacy of corrective action taken by management to address Internal Controls recommendations.

  • Documents Internal Controls testing and follow-up tasks in accordance to relevant Internal Controls standards.

  • Demonstrates proactively in professional development activities.

  • Attends professional training actions provided by the company .

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent field.

  • Audit or relevant experience.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Technology and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Detail oriented with organization skills

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$82,875.00 USD
