What will you contribute?

We are seeking a motivated Pod Lead to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by large language models (LLMs) for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform. This role focuses on building MCP systems. You'll work with modern AI engineering tools and frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI applications that drive real business value.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Build a discovery and configuration layer for available MCP servers that can be attached to agents
Own the end-to-end vision, delivery, and operation of MCP servers
Develop MCP servers on top of enterprise applications
Manage an agile team of engineers to build out the service
Partner closely with product, architecture, and application teams to enable seamless attachment of MCP servers through the MCP service
Ensure MCP servers meet all required security guidelines for external consumption

Required Skills & Experience : 8+Years
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
Exposure working with FastMCP or equivalent
Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, tooling/function patterns, and MCP servers
Hands-on background in API-driven platforms, integrations, and distributed systems
AI Engineering Techniques: Knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG patterns, and LLM observability
AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with at least one framework: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.) for embeddings and retrieval
Software Development: Understanding of Git workflows, version control with GitHub, and software development best practices
Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-based development
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
