About the role
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for customer support and campaign management. He/She recognizes customers challenges of marketing and makes it successfully with our Mid Market Solutions such as AiDeal and BotBonnie.
About AiDeal and BotBonnie.
Aideal is one of Appier’s full-funnel AI-powered marketing solutions, operates as a conversion optimization cloud across diverse industries, including e-commerce and non-e-commerce services such as e-learning, sports, personal finance, and healthcare.
BotBonnie is a chatbot building platform that provides customer consultation and technical evaluation services.
A more experienced candidate could be given a more senior job title.
