Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Country: Switzerland

The Finance analyst is responsible for the monitoring of the financial information of the Bank . Responsibilities include but are not limited to, regulatory reporting, accounting entries and Financial reporting.

Regulatory Reporting
• Preparation of the regulatory reports to the Swiss National Bank
• Management of the annual audit carried out by PWC
• Monitoring new regulatory laws as well as their application on the Bank
• Participation in seminars regarding regulatory reporting
• Participation in bank wide projects impacting regulatory reporting

Financial reporting
• Preparation of reports to the parent company and bank's management
• Daily monitoring of financial ratios

Other
• Implementation of Santander policies
• Participate in new projects that involve the area

• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

• Knowledge in accounting and regulatory reporting

• Excel, FiRE (Regulatory reporting), T24, Power Point.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts of interest, meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to achieve efficient and productive results by working together with different departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience 

• Business Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• FiRE knowledge an asset
• Basic Analytical Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, organized

• English is mandatory, Spanish and French are an asset
